Mathru Chaya Trust has been trying to alleviate the sufferings of the poor and the deprived citizens in humble but most subtle way so that they can lead their life with dignity.

Mr. V. Krishnamurthy
His social service needs no introduction. Mr. Krishnamurthy is the managing trustee of Mathru Chaya Trust. This old age home is being functioned in the memory of his beloved mother Late Smt. Parvathamma. He has conducted blood donation camps, awarded scholarships to meritorious students and distributed free books to the students and distributed free books to the students of Government Schools. He has been awarded the prestigious ‘Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award for Social Service’. His vision is again driven by philanthropic initiatives. He is very keen to start an ashram for widows and deserving women, help them to lead a life on their own by providing training in various fields. Mr. Krishnamurthy also has plans to start Abalashrama, to provide education to the needy children and help them to stand firmly on their feet. Mr. Krishnamurthy had a very humble beginning as a businessman. His competitive spirit to excel in business created interest in him to venture into various businesses. He is a working Partner for Sri Krishna Builders, Proprietor to Sri Krishna Brick Works. He is the President of Ashritha Credit Co-operative Society and Organizing Secretary to Karnataka Land Developers Association. |
